WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will lead the product creation process through key interaction with Innovation, Design, Tech Development, Engineering, Product Testing, Supply and Demand Planning, Merchandising, Brand and Geo leads.  You will share work to functions and senior leaders across the company at various points in the creation process. In addition, you also develop and maintain relationships with external retail partners and Nike Athletes.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We seek a candidate with a relentless drive to advance Football (Soccer) footwear globally. The ideal candidate will collaborate to shape the future of the sport, demonstrating a deep commitment to athletes at all levels—from grassroots to elite professionals. This role requires proven leadership skills, the ability to empower and mentor teams, and a track record of delivering results against key milestones and deadlines. Exceptional storytelling, presentation and communication abilities are essential, as is experience in researching and translating consumer insights into actionable product solutions 

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

You will be responsible for leading a portion of the Football Footwear line, inclusive of analyzing the marketplace and consumer/athlete insights, briefing seasonal and actionable opportunities, collaborating with cross functional teammates to hit the brief, and presenting the progression of the work through multiple seasonal checkpoints and deadlines.  At times you will need to work with high level professional athletes as well as players at the grass roots level.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Bachelors degree in Business or Marketing or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience or training
• A minimum of 8 years directly relevant work experience
• 5 years experience in relevant product-related roles
• Footwear Technical Knowledge and passion for product
• Technical Product roadmaps with business features and tech enablers
• Relationship management with professional athletes
• Keynote presentation building and presenting along with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Media Event Presenting and Interviews
• Product Briefing; and Consumer Insights skill sets
• Project Management for complex innovations from concept to manufacturing readiness.
