THE JOB / Experiential Manager (GKL) (Luxury Automotive Client)
EXPERIENCES / Responsible for negotiating, planning and activating programs for our luxury automotive clients with emphasis on ultra-luxury and high-performance product lines. These may include strategic partnerships, exclusive events, pop up activations, and hospitality/hosting programs.
***Our headquarters are in Stamford, CT, but the location of this position can be flexible with a priority given to candidates open to hybrid work (3 days a week in the office) in one of our office locations - - Stamford, CT, New York, NY, or Charlotte, NC. We will also consider a remote-based working arrangement for qualified candidates with East Coast working hours as a prerequisite. ***
We are searching for an Experiential Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of an action-packed calendar of events for our luxury automotive client, focusing on their high performance and ultra-luxury product lines. This position will have a strong focus on project management, sponsorship, brand partnerships and activation / event management and work in tandem between multiple clients, brand departments and workstreams.
This position is best suited for a candidate passionate about working in a team environment with a diverse group of people from different cultural backgrounds and interested in managing multiple workstreams. If you are looking to work in the epicenter of entertainment and brand marketing sponsorships across a major luxury automotive brand, this role is for you.
The position will allow the Experiential Manager to engage with our corporate client, various departments & divisions, global client counterparts, partners, and agencies/vendors in support of their ultra-luxury and high-performance product line initiatives. This position requires an individual who excels in event management, ability to juggle multiple projects and clients, boasts strong team dynamics skills, and holds a positive attitude with a keen eye for detail in a fast-paced environment.
THE WORK YOU’LL DO
- Lead the planning and execution of multiple high-profiled B2C/B2B events
- Plan and implement activations, partnerships and events targeting strategic client messaging through events, activations, strategic partners and sponsorships
- Work closely with our CRM and vehicle logistics teams to develop and execute activation plans in support of clients’ goals and KPI objectives
- Support management of finance trackers, budgets, and program reconciliations
- Creation of decks and presentations to be presented to internal and external audiences
- Supervision and mentorship for career growth of junior personnel and onsite staff at events
- Contribute to the overall account and new projects on a request basis

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of work experience in sponsorship, hospitality or experiential marketing
- Passion for sports, entertainment & travel, and events/experiences, ranging from large-scale custom experiences to small-scale turnkey events
- Proven success in consumer-facing communications, event coordination, and/or onsite hospitality
- Experience in account and vendor management, can clearly present ideas, offer creative solutions, and address challenges/obstacles head-on
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects with ease and manage strict timelines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Software (specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
- A positive attitude, with a “no job is too small” approach
- History of building positive relationships, both internally and externally – finding chances to create valuable contributions with every interaction
- Valid US Passport, or the ability to obtain one quickly
- Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and internationally, and work weekends or holidays as needed. Anticipated travel level: Moderate (20-45%)
The base range for this position is $60,000 – 65,000. Where an employee or prospective employee ispaid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background pertinent experience, and qualifications.
