- Education: Bachelor / University degree
- Professional: Functional: ~5 years experience / Industry: Sports, Fashion, FMCG
- IT Skills: Excel, PPT: Advanced / Other: SAP, BI system knowledge
- Language Skills: Advanced English

Your Mission
- To drive the Merchandising team towards operational excellence along the global and local Go-To-Market calendar. Lead and support planning and operation activities for the Merchandising team, ensuring OTIF completion of forecasting, business planning and product master data. Support the strategic Merchandising planning process and overall business development towards profitable market share growth
- Task 1 (20%): GTM & Calendar Management: To support the planning and maintenance of the seasonal GTM calendar and events according to local and global requirements. Ensure all stakeholders (Merchandising, Sales and Marketing) are delivering against set expectations
- Task 2 (20%): Planning & Forecasting: Lead the seasonal range forecasting and system entry across all product categories against set KPIs. Track order placement and sales performance versus range forecast and inventory position for optimization of product supply and demand. Follow up with global sourcing and local SCM to ensure readiness of product according to launch plans
- Task 3 (20%): Range & Master Data: Optimize range efficiency Ensure accuracy of master data for all products according to business segmentation requirements and reporting
- Task 4 (15%): Financial Analysis: Ensure recommended retail prices match to go-in margin expectations whilst considering market positioning of products. Support the Merchandising team with guidance on sales and margin deliverables and ensure accuracy of product costing. Ad-hoc reporting to support business insight and action
- Task 5 (15%): Operation: Support monthly order consolidation and order entry in alignment with Sales, Retail and Supply chain according to order window timelines. Lead sample order process and facilitate requirements according to business and quality requirements
