Your Talent
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Previous branded retail experience preferred (ideally in sporting goods industry).
- Experience in working with a fashion / branded environment
- Knowledge and experience with merchandising systems is preferable
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience is preferred
- Excellent in MS Excel and Powerpoint
- PowerBI, SAP knowledge Experience in working with merchandising system
- Communicate with Impact - Possess strong presentation, listening, verbal and written communication skills in English.
Your Mission
Work out on the assortment range and price architecture as well as product plan for the responsible business units. Forecast by SKU to avoid drop SKU due to meet MO. To develop a clear seasonal range structure which includes product flow, range size, product mix, pricing strategy, margin to build the category commercially and meet market needs. Review assortment plans with executive management to ensure sales and marketing strategies are in line and consistent with company's product strategy. Align with Sales, Retail & Marketing to the product range is able to meet the needs of both sales and branding.
- Redefine responsible business units based on the market relevancy and marketing investment, to align with PUMA SEA's overall growth strategy.
- Build the responsible business units range with competitive pricing – responsible for delivering the target margin and meet SKU efficiency. In the same time, competitive in the right product positioning.
- Drive assortment among all the Distribution Channels, and Clustering.
- Provide seasonal analysis on based on GTM timeline to provide puma product and competitors market insights.
- Manage regional level GTM timeline in responsible business units.
- Collect feedback from sales and key accounts through pre-line meetings and fine tune the range to maximize the sales opportunities.
- Prepare and conduct regional or national sales meeting, key accounts pre-line meeting and trade shows. Provide product information for related departments.
- Maintain Product Master line list with up-to-date data. And with excellence communication.
- Review and manage regional or local pricing (inline and non-inline), ISD and order windows, together with necessary functions within the country.
- Prepare and conduct regional or national sales meeting, key accounts pre-line meeting and trade shows as per GTM timeline.
- Own and execute day-to-day merchandising operations.
- Work closely with product operations team and monitor the delivery schedule on floor to align with marketing grid and product ISD launches.
- Build and maintain collaborative partnership and communicate effectively with internal colleagues.
- Train, motivate and develop team to ensure effective performance and growth through consistent on the job training.
