Full Description
The Role: Executive Administrative Business Partner to the CTPO The role directly supports the Chief Product and Technology Officer (CPTO) in all day-to-day activities and requires strong management skills, the ability to prioritize, and supreme levels of organization and attention to detail. The role provides standard admin support to the CPTO as well as a heavy focus on managing projects and processes within the Engineering teams. The successful candidate will be a self-starter capable of quickly learning context to apply in their day-to-day duties. Enthusiasm and initiative and ownership for this role area must. The candidate should possess the desire to go above and beyond.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Travel Coordination & Support:
- Travel frequently with the CPTO to various locations, providing onsite logistical support for meetings, events, and conferences.
- Manage all travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itinerary planning to ensure smooth travel experiences.
- Team Communication & Coordination:
- Act as a key liaison for team communications in Slack, ensuring timely responses, updates, and clear communication across channels.
- Coordinate and manage team All-Hands meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, slide creation, and follow-up actions.
- Maintain and regularly update the team’s intranet site, keeping key information accessible, relevant, and current.
- Content & Publication Management:
- Draft, edit, and publish quarterly tech memos and board summaries in collaboration with the CPTO and senior leadership.
- Coordinate and manage the publishing calendar for the tech organization’s blog, liaising with content contributors and editing articles to align with brand guidelines.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality communication materials across internal and external platforms, reinforcing the tech organization’s objectives and achievements.
- Administrative & Project Support:
- Provide comprehensive executive administrative support to the CPTO, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and document preparation.
- Support project management for special initiatives as needed, helping to track milestones, coordinate team contributions, and ensure timely completion.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of key presentations, documents, and reports for executive and board-level meetings.

- Exceptional experience managing a senior executive’s diary across multiple time zones.

The salary for this role is based on an annualized range of $90,000 - $120,000 USD. This role will also be eligible to take part in Genius Sports Group's benefits plan.
