Become a key player in bringing our events to life! We're looking for a proactive and meticulous Events Coordinator to join our team. You'll be essential in powering seamless event operations by expertly managing administrative and logistical tasks. Your keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and ability to track and manage critical deliverables will directly contribute to the success of every event, from concept to execution. In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

THE GAME PLAN

Event Coordination
- Support pre-approved supplier communications, ensuring requirements are met for timely execution.
- Track and manage event deliverables, such as vendor invoices, deal sheets, and payments.
- Coordinate venue research, transportation logistics, and shipping of event materials as directed.
Logistical Support
- Distribute and track hotel rooming lists, travel details, and onsite changes for assigned events.
- Assist in coordinating swag and promotional merchandise orders.
- Maintain detailed records of event materials, inventory, and supplier deliverables.
Communication Support
- Support attendee communications, including registrations, confirmations, reminders, and FAQs.
- Track progress of creative asset development and ensure timely delivery to stakeholders.
- Manage event inboxes, fielding inquiries and escalating issues to the appropriate team member.
Onsite Support
- Travel 25% of the time to live events throughout the US
- Attend live events as needed to support registration, guest experiences, transportation, and help desk operations.
- Act as a point of contact for onsite logistics, ensuring the smooth execution of all planned activities.
- Report any warranted behaviors or issues to appropriate internal teams.
THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate
- 1-3 years of experience in event coordination, project support, or administrative roles.
- Experience using Canva or Adobe Photoshop to create marketing materials
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for vendor and stakeholder collaboration.
- Willingness to travel for live events (as assigned).
- Cvent experience is a plus.

The applicable hourly range for this position is $26.92 - $33.65 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
