Main goal

Provide administrative, logistical and operational support to the UEFA EURO Training & Knowledge team, assisting with the preparation and delivery of training, readiness, knowledge transfer, debriefing and learning activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support the administration and delivery of generic UEFA EURO 2028 staff training and e-learning activities
• Assist with the organisation of the UEFA EURO 2028 Week of Training programme and operational readiness exercises for tournament staff
• Maintain training records, trackers, documentation and reports
• Support observer programmes, workshops and knowledge-transfer activities
• Assist with the administration of learning technologies and knowledge repositories
• Support the preparation and consolidation of debriefs, surveys and lessons learned
• Organise meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes and follow up on actions
• Coordinate travel, accommodation and logistical arrangements where required
• Prepare presentations, communication materials and basic visual content
• Provide general administrative support across the Training & Knowledge portfolio
