Main goal

The EURO Mobility Operations and Spectator Services project liaises with the men's and women's EURO and club final host countries and cities and communicates UEFA's requirements, technical guidelines and recommendations to them so that mobility, transport, access, airport and last kilometre operations run smoothly during the events. This role supports in all aspects of the project, overseeing the implementation of the tournament mobility requirements and working closely with international, national and local authorities on general transport matters.

Key responsibilities

Main scope of work
• Ensuring that the host cities, public authorities and relevant transport stakeholders meet their mobility obligations and establishing the relevant communication lines with local organising structures (LOS), national authorities and host cities
• Driving and supporting the planning, implementation and delivery of mobility operations at host city and national level

Business operations
• Ensuring efficient coordination with all stakeholders
• Monitoring project deliverables and progress in the run-up to the tournament, reviewing the technical aspects of the mobility operational plans and escalating issues to the relevant stakeholders if needed
• Leading the different mobility coordination working groups along with the relevant authorities

Management and administration
• Providing regular updates on project progress and risk assessments, including establishing and updating the project tracker
• Producing reports, statistics and documents as well as creating processes, monitoring tools and measuring key metrics
• Representing UEFA and its commercial partners in the host countries and cities
