The Opportunity

Our ETC Coaches play a vital role in shaping both the performance and the experience of every player within the programme. This position is centred on creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment where players are supported to reach their full potential in a setting that is safe, secure, and supportive.

Working in partnership with the Centre Manager, you will help cultivate and sustain a strong, values-led culture within the training group. You will be instrumental in ensuring the ETC is a place where players not only develop technically and tactically, but also build confidence, enjoy their football, and foster a lifelong passion for the game.

  •      Deliver the weekly training programme and lead the squad in the ETC games programme (approximately every six weeks).
  •      Attend and contribute to all player and parent review meetings.
  •      Represent Chelsea FC professionally at all times, acting as a positive role model and ensuring sessions are fully prepared at least 15 minutes prior to player arrival.
  •      Maintain equipment and respect facilities to ensure a high-quality player experience.
  •      Uphold safeguarding standards by keeping all required documentation up to date and accessible, maintaining professional boundaries, and prioritising player welfare at all times.
  •      Adhere to Chelsea FC and ETC Code of Conduct regulations.
