Estates Surveyor - Part Time

The estates team is responsible for the management of the UK and European portfolio of 140 clubs and its subtenant estate of circa 300 subleased units. The role operates cross functionally with departments such as; finance, construction. maintenance and operation

As an Estates Surveyor your role will be to manage and validate all property costs, oversee a portfolio of circa 300 subtenants across the UK and Europe, and handle landlord and tenant matters in collaboration with external solicitors. You will maintain accurate property data, ensure lease obligations including Licences to Alter are met, and support the Estates and Asset Manager in applying consistent controls across both UK and European portfolios

*Please note that this is a part-time position, requiring three days per week*

About you:

• Direct experience of Operational property management
• Previous experience working with property and finance systems is desirable
• You are able to evidence knowledge of Landlord and Tenant
• Proven ability of working with external suppliers such as solicitors
