Are you passionate about the growth of women's football? Motivated by the incredible rise of the Lionesses and the momentum across the country? The Essex County FA are looking for a Women's Community Football Officer to help drive forward recreational female football and to create more playing opportunities for women and girls across the county.

Based at their Chelmsford headquarters, with a blend of hybrid working, the successful candidate will join their expanding Development Team. You'll play a key role in strengthening the Female Player Pathway and helping to ensure that football is accessible, enjoyable and sustainable for every woman and girl in Essex.
