What Is The Job About?
As the Enhanced Replay Systems Coordinator at Hawk-Eye Innovations, you will play a key role in operating the Enhanced Replay Systems for Basketball Delivery most nights of the week.
The role involves leading seamless communication and coordination between internal and external stakeholders, diligent review of Basketball Officiating Events In-Game, and escalating high-priority data-related issues. The Enhanced Replay Systems Coordinator will be responsible for executing nightly tasks, coordinating team efforts, and contributing to the overall success of Hawk-Eye Innovations SMART Basketball Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Accountable for the live delivery of our Basketball Enhanced Replay Systems within the Replay Center
Conducting pre-match checks of the systems in accordance with standard procedures
Liaising with Replay Operations Officials and host broadcasters on-site
Identify potential issues and work to find solutions to maximize operational efficiency.
Oversee pre-game checks of the systems in accordance with standard procedures and solve problems in a timely manner when issues arise.
Assist and oversee the operating of the technologies during the game actively within the Replay Center.
Diligently monitor the Officiating Events of all concurrent games, facilitating the Enhanced Replay QA checks, editing, and pushing to Basketball Replay Officials + Broadcasters.
Escalation and reporting of critical issues to the Hawk-Eye Management team.
What We Would Like From You:
1+ years of Production/Technical experience in a successful branded company/organization
Strong leadership and management skills
Time management skills and the ability to work in a high-pressure, live broadcast environment
Ability to liaise with clients and customers in a professional and approachable manner
In-depth understanding of Basketball Officiating operations, terminology, and processes.
Ability to prioritize, address high-priority issues and escalate to leadership.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Previous experience in a similar role within operations or sports technology.
This position will require schedule flexibility, including weekends, late nights, and holidays.
Almost ALL Shifts are during Live Basketball Hours (evenings during the week, varying times on weekends).
