Join the Team at the English Schools' Football Association (ESFA)

Position: National Competitions Co-ordinator (Fixed-term contract to 30 June 2027)
Location: ESFA Headquarters, Stafford
Application Deadline: Friday 12th June 2026

Are you a proactive and detail-oriented administrator with a passion for youth football? The ESFA is looking for a dynamic National Competitions Co-ordinator to join their dedicated team and help deliver its prestigious National Cup competition portfolio.

About the Role

As National Competitions Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in managing the ESFA's National Cup portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Administering and overseeing the delivery of national competitions
  • Supporting the development and maintenance of sponsor relationships
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of ESFA Cup Finals and related events
  • Ensuring clear, effective communication with schools, County and District Schools' FAs

This is a varied and rewarding role within a small, supportive team, where your ideas and energy will contribute directly to the ESFA's mission: to develop children through the means of football.
