OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
As an Employee Relations Partner within the Group Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing employee relations across FEI – India Region.
This role plays a critical part in fostering a positive work environment through Grievance handling, case management, policy management, employment law research, cross-functional collaboration, and training support.
We are looking for someone who is keen to build on the positive culture we have here in our office in Hyderabad.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
• Lead the resolution Manage of low to mid-level complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations and providing recommendations
• Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures
• Advise and support HR and management teams on best practices, ensuring compliance with employment laws and supporting with crafting and drafting of documentation including agreements and templates
• Maintenance of ER trackers & case management software
• Provide robust, practical, professional and dedicated ER advice to a range of key stakeholders
• Provide training to HR and line managers on employee relations topics
• Contribute to the development of a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives
• Collaborate with legal counsel when necessary to address potential legal issues
• Deliver Training to focus groups
• Participate in POSH related activities Support IC on POSH related matters
• Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations when handling employee relations matters
• Supporting other regions with case work where needed (such as UK)
TO EXCEL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in human resources, or a related field.
• Over all 5-7 years of Human Resources experience, with minimum 2 plus years of experience in an Employee Relations role.
• Reasonable understanding of HR policies, workplace practices, understanding of the local employment law is desirable
• Reasonable knowledge on Sexual Harassment of Women at workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act 2013 /POSH Act
• Excellent organisational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• High level of integrity and professionalism when handling confidential information
• Previous experience in handling a large case work portfolio, with a view to managing multiple priorities including whistleblowing cases, grievances and investigations
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, working at pace and handling various changing priorities
• High level of resilience and tenacity
Desirable Experience
• Understanding and awareness of UK and wider Europe employment law and processes
