    • Excellent knowledge of academy football clubs in a designated region - you back your knowledge of academy clubs across the region you're applying for (London / South Coast / Midlands / North West and North East and Scotland)
    • Credible expertise - you hold an FA Talent ID Level 2 and FA Safeguarding Children Certificate
    • Best-in-class communicator - you pride yourself on your ability to communicate clearly and openly with a range of stakeholders, both in writing and orally, tailoring your approach as necessary

    • Competent IT skills - you're able to write detailed reports on our database and quickly get up to speed with the various platforms and systems our Emerging Talent Scouts work with
    • Valid driving licence - you're easily able to travel for fixtures and meetings in order to fulfil the requirements of this casual position
    • Proud ambassador for our club - you're able to act as a representative of our Academy and you are sensitive to the needs of young players, parents/guardians and grassroots clubs

Please note: This casual position will require frequent travel and the ability to work across weekday evenings and weekends on a regular basis
