Full Description
The eCommerce Coordinator is responsible for supporting the work of the eCommerce team, reporting to the eCommerce Operations Manager, the product team, marketing department and design team, customer services, finance, and the warehouse.
The eCommerce Coordinator is responsible for communicating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless and functional online performance.
This role requires an on-site presence in our London office Monday-Thursday.
Duties and Responsibilities
The eCommerce coordinator will serve as a point of contact to vet all day-to-day operational needs and requirements for the website offerings.
The right candidate should have a deep understanding of ecommerce operations and will work cross-functionally with Brand Management, Logistics, Customer Service, Project Management, and IT groups.
Specifically, the eCommerce Coordinator will:
- Create .csv files for daily and weekly product launches.
- Coordinate with Brand and Design team to ensure timeliness and accuracy.
- Execute daily sales exports and maintain Topps.com Print Run Archive.
- Generate reports and dashboards on Google analytics and other tools.
- Continuously support in improving the website experience to maximize conversion and increase user engagement.
- Assist with site navigation and merchandising updates including identifying up-selling opportunities, creating landing pages, curating collections, and managing on-site promotions and product launch
Required Experience & Competencies
Essential
- Good understanding of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Experience with Ecommerce platforms. Magento familiarity a PLUS but not a necessity.
- Highly organized with an exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work in an ever changing fast-paced environment with a diverse group of people located in various time zones.
- Ability to contribute solution-oriented ideas
- Good written and presentation skills
Desirable
- Multi-lingual candidates preferred with one of more the following languages in addition to English: German, French, Spanish or Italian
