- Develop marketplace strategy (content, promotions, marketing) to maximize sales, brand visibility, and ROI.
- Test new ad formats, keywords and deals; report what moves the needle.

- Monitor traffic, conversion and bounce-rate dashboards in partnership with eCommerce analyst; suggest quick UX or content tweaks.
- New Customer Development
- Identify and onboard new 3P customers, managing the full cycle from contract negotiation to go-live.
- Evaluate potential partners, assess market fit, and propose solutions that expand our eCommerce footprint.
- Performance Reporting & Analytics
- Track weekly/monthly KPIs (sales, traffic, conversion, margin), providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Present regular updates on marketplace performance, promotional effectiveness, and pipeline opportunities.
- Commercial Innovation & Problem-Solving
- Develop innovative strategies to overcome challenges (e.g., brand competition, stock constraints).
- Proactively recommend new product assortments, marketing tactics, or site enhancements.
Qualifications & Experience

- Comfortable in at least one toolset: Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, GA4, Excel/Sheets (pivot tables).
- Evidence of hitting a hard KPI (sales, CVR, ROAS, margin) and explaining the “why” behind results.
- Clear, concise communicator who can work with creatives one hour and supply-chain the next.
- A side-hustle, campus venture or hack-day project that shows entrepreneurial spark (tell us about it!).
