As part of the DL Early Careers Degree Apprenticeship Programme, you will work as an Operations Assistant across various departments, ensuring our members feel safe and have an excellent experience every day, 7 days a week, all whilst on a development plan to progress to become one of our head of departments.

What is the David Lloyd  Early Careers Degree Apprenticeship?  

As part of our Early Careers Degree Apprenticeship you will complete Level 6 Sports Business Management Degree Apprenticeship with CMI Chartered Manager status covering key business areas throughout the 3-year course. All whilst being mentored and supported by our very own Assistant and General Managers. 

Business areas vary and include:  

• Communication & Marketing 
• People Processing and Development  
• Budgets and P&L 
• Project management  
• Leadership & Project Management 
• Operational Management 
• Strategic Management 
• Digital & Technology in the Sports Industry 
• Member feedback 

As a business, David Lloyd Clubs are committed to supporting the progression and development of our early careers team members on the degree apprenticeship to grow our future Managers. This programme is delivered in partnership with Hertfordshire University.
