Full Description
Summary:
- The Due Diligence Analyst will be accountable for executing tasks assigned by the HSCC Due Diligence Lead in order to progress due diligence and supplier offboarding tasks in a timely manner.
- The Due Diligence Analyst will perform the relevant checks to ensure that suppliers are onboarded and offboarded across Flutter divisions effectively.
- The Due Diligence Analyst will act as a point of contact for Procurement Services related queries from key stakeholders across the Flutter Group and the relevant divisions.
- In addition, the Due Diligence Analyst must be available to support the team in driving and delivering specific Procurement projects as outlined by the Director of Procurement.
Responsibilities:
- Administering the Due Diligence process across Flutter divisions.
- Provide end-user support to stakeholders including business requestors and approval teams.
- Ensure Due Diligence is correctly sent to all relevant approvers in a timely manner.
- Ability to read and understand different types of legal agreements.
- Performing the relevant screening of suppliers to ensure appropriate compliance ratings are assigned.
- Manage and control the day-to-day tasks for the Flutter online Procurement system.
- Managing the Procurement email inbox and answering queries in a timely manner.
- Becoming a champion of the Procurement policy, through fielding questions from various internal business units
- Coordinate tickets with system support for resolution of system issues, improvements and project rollouts.
- Performance of risk management procedures around supplier onboarding and new engagements with existing suppliers - Includes verification of details provided and vetting of suppliers for credit and compliance risk.
Skills:
- Degree level educated candidates are desired but not essential
- Experience working in a data analysis/Procurement environment is desirable but not essential
- Advanced MS Word and Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to use initiative and solve problems
- Strong interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to escalate, communicate and respond promptly to all internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Willingness to learn quickly and work in fast-paced environment
