Values & Innovation

At Under Armour, we are committed to empowering those who strive for more, and the company's values - Act Sustainably, Celebrate the Wins, Fight on Together, Love Athletes and Stand for Equality - serve as both a roadmap for our teams and the qualities expected of every teammate.

Our Values define and unite us, the beliefs that are the red thread that connects everyone at Under Armour. Our values are rallying cries, reminding us why we're here, and fueling everything we do.

Our pursuit of better begins with innovation and with our team's mission of being the best. With us, you get the freedom to go further - no matter your role. That means developing, delivering, and selling the state-of-the-art products and digital tools that make top performers even better.

Purpose of Role

The Director, Workforce Architecture is a future-focused leader responsible for driving change at scale by defining how Under Armour’s workforce will transform in the face of emerging technologies. Future workforce readiness goes well beyond technology, focusing on operating model, talent, culture, agility, and execution. This role leads workforce strategy, translating emerging technologies into clear implications for roles, work design, skills, talent priorities, and team design. This leader partners across HR and UA’s central AI team to ensure the organization moves beyond tool adoption to true work transformation, redesigning how work gets done and how talent is reconfigured and redeployed.

  • Establish project governance, operating cadence, and cross-functional alignment to drive execution.
  • Define success metrics, track outcomes (e.g., productivity, cost efficiency, workforce mix, speed of execution), and ROI showing measurable business impact.

Transformation Advisory & Change Leadership
