  • Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale digital products, ideally in consumer, retail, footwear, or apparel domains.

  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, agile methodologies, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization and leading cross-functional initiatives.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

  • Passion for mentoring and developing talent in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Data-driven decision-making and a bias for action.

Ideally, you also have:

  • Experience in the consumer, footwear, apparel, or retail industry.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and build strong partnerships across business and technology functions.

  • Experience scaling product teams in a global delivery center or technology hub.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

As Director of Product Management for CP&I, you will drive the development and execution of product strategies that enable Nike’s product creation, merchandising, and innovation initiatives. You’ll lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Your role will involve close collaboration with global and cross-functional stakeholders, supporting the delivery of impactful digital solutions and advancing Nike’s mission through technology.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Lead and grow a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Develop and implement strategies to mature the digital product management discipline within CP&I.

  • Collaborate with global Product, Engineering, Program, and Business stakeholders to align roadmaps, define priorities, and deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.

  • Champion agile product development practices and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality outcomes across teams.

  • Mentor and guide Product Managers, supporting their professional growth and development.

  • Build stakeholder engagement models to foster trust and alignment across business units.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our digital products remain competitive and cutting-edge.

  • Represent the CP&I product function in global forums and contribute to the broader product leadership community.
