Full Description

Summary: Fanatics Collectibles is a dynamic, high-growth company in the collectibles space. We're seeking a leader to join our team and create the foundation of our supply planning processes. This is a unique opportunity to build something from the ground up, drive transformational change, and shape the future of our operations.

As the Director of Supply Chain Planning, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our integrated planning approach, driving strategic initiatives, and building a world-class supply planning function. This role reports directly to our Head of North America Supply Chain and offers significant visibility and impact across the organization.

What you will be doing…

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive capacity model for North American supply, collaborating closely with manufacturing, commercial, and operations teams
  • Set up visual management systems and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive accountability and transparency on the manufacturing floor
  • Lead cross-functional teams to align organizations and drive tough decisions, fostering a culture of collaboration and data-driven decision-making
  • Build and mentor a team of analysts and planners, developing their skills and capabilities to support the growing needs of the organization
  • Create and maintain a roadmap for transformational initiatives across the supply chain, prioritizing high-impact projects
  • Develop pragmatic solutions to complex problems, leveraging available data and resources while building towards more sophisticated systems
  • Engage with executive leadership to drive strategic planning and decision-making processes
  • Collaborate with technology and data partners to iteratively improve and automate planning processes

What you will bring…

  • 5-10 years of experience in supply chain, operations strategy, or management consulting, with a focus on high-growth e-commerce or direct-to-consumer businesses
  • Demonstrated success in crafting and executing tailored planning processes and systems, adapting to unique business needs rather than relying on one-size-fits-all solutions
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and experienced in navigating rapidly changing environments
  • Hands-on approach with a willingness to spend time on the manufacturing floor to understand processes and collaborate with operators
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate high-level goals into actionable plans
  • Excellent communication skills, adept at presenting complex ideas to diverse audiences, including executive leadership
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools
  • Track record of successfully implementing planning processes in environments with limited existing infrastructure
  • Ability to thrive in a "blank slate" environment and create innovative solutions
  • Passion for continuous improvement and iterative problem-solving
  • Experience in collectibles, e-commerce, or related industries
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
