WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will report to the Senior Director, Supply Chain & Planning Innovation, located in
Beaverton, OR, USA, but directly support the GC Operations senior leadership team, which
includes Planning, Marketplace Supply Chain, and Logistics. Much of your time will be spent
with the executive team; however, you will work with colleagues at all levels across all three
core organizations. Additionally, you will closely and collaborate with your Supply Chain &
Planning Innovation counterparts across the globe, the GC Marketplace Strategy team, and Portfolio/Performance Management teams ensuring tight integration of Operations strategy.

candidate is curious, collaborative, adept at managing complex relationships, influencing
senior stakeholders, and leveraging data to inform decisions.
 

The candidate needs to have:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Organizational Development,
Engineering, Analytics, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education,
experience, and training.
· An Advanced Degree is preferred.
· 5-10 years of experience in Operations (Planning, Manufacturing, Marketplace Supply
Chain, Logistics) leadership.
· Strong management consulting abilities, strategy design, hypothesis development,
research, benchmarking, trend identification, and strategy execution.
· Skilled at leading and driving cross-functional transformation for organizations,
including supporting leadership teams in navigating diverse priorities and driving clear
decision-making.
· Proven ability in working with senior leaders and business-facing HR partners to drive
organizational change, develop teaming strategies, and sustain behavior change
across an organization.
· Experienced at conflict resolution and navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced global
matrixed environment with a sharp focus on the prioritization of the most important
work to drive impact.
 

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
Supply Chain & Planning Innovation is responsible for strategy development, supporting
strategy deployment needs, incubating and testing innovation efforts, and driving strategic
research to validate and accelerate the highest and most important innovations necessary to
grow the business and develop a more resilient, responsive, and responsible supply chain.
In this role, you will:

· Identify innovation opportunities for GC: In support with the Supply Chain and
Planning research team, identify, test and quantify new ideas to advance the GC
Operations and/or other Operations strategy across the Globe.
· Design Strategy: Guide the GC Operations leadership team in the development of
strategic plans, ensuring alignment with corporate strategic objectives and Geo
Operations functional strategies from around the world.
· Execute Strategy: Drive the deployment of strategic priorities through the organization
and ensure they are tracked and achieving the desired objectives. Bring the strategic
narrative to life across GC Operations and show teams how their work is improving
Nike.
· Mange Stakeholders: Build great relationships and a strong corporate network.
Communicate effectively to a wide range of stakeholders across Nike. Be the strategic partner for the VP, GC Operations, in vision setting and driving leadership alignment.
Develop Leaders: Help build and develop leadership talent by being the GC
Operations subject matter expert for Strategy. Be a core
leader in hiring and talent development efforts.
