WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

As the Director, Sales, Taiwan, you will lead the wholesale partner business across Taiwan and play a key leadership role in shaping and executing Nike’s territory strategy.

You will work closely with a broad cross-functional team including Merchandising, Marketing, Operations, Planning and Finance teams to drive sustainable growth across Taiwan marketplace channels.

You will also partner with multi-brand and mono-brand wholesale partners to develop strategic business plans, strengthen marketplace execution and enhance consumer experiences.

This role will report to the Taiwan General Manager and serve as a key member of the Taiwan Leadership Team.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a strategic and commercially driven leader with strong marketplace, retail and account management experience.

The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with marketplace knowledge and partnership leadership. This individual should be able to create long-term growth strategies, influence across diverse stakeholders and lead teams through a dynamic and evolving retail environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in sales, marketplace management, retail, business planning or related commercial functions.
  • Strong understanding of retail, marketplace and consumer dynamics.
  • Proven experience leading strategic account relationships and driving sustainable business growth.
  • Ability to develop and execute long-term marketplace and account strategies.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience managing revenue plans, business performance and forecasting.
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior leadership.
  • Ability to balance strategic priorities with operational excellence.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in both English (written and spoken) is required

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

As the Director, Sales, Taiwan, you will be responsible for leading Nike’s marketplace partner business and driving sustainable growth across Taiwan territory.

You will build and execute marketplace strategies that strengthen partner performance, elevate consumer experiences and support Nike’s long-term territory vision.

Key responsibilities include:

Sales Strategy & Business Growth

  • Define and execute the Taiwan sales strategy in alignment with territory and geography priorities.
  • Develop mid- and long-term growth plans across wholesale partners and channels.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expansion opportunities.
  • Drive sustainable revenue growth and productivity.

Partner Leadership

  • Lead strategic relationships with wholesales partners across both multi-brand and mono-brand businesses.
  • Build mutually beneficial business plans that support partner growth and Nike’s strategic objectives.
  • Create joint business planning processes and establish clear performance targets.
  • Influence and align senior partner stakeholders to drive long-term growth.

Seasonal Business Planning

  • Lead seasonal business planning and commercial processes across key accounts and channels.
  • Partner with Merchandising, DSM and Marketing teams to translate business opportunities into actionable plans.
  • Drive seasonal execution to achieve sales, inventory and profitability objectives.

Marketplace Excellence

  • Monitor marketplace trends, consumer behavior and competitive dynamics to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Build action plans that improve marketplace productivity, consumer engagement and business results.
  • Drive continuous improvement in marketplace execution and partner performance.

Leadership

  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales organization.
  • Foster strong cross-functional collaboration across Merchandising, Marketing, DSM and Operations functions.
  • Build organizational capability and drive a culture of accountability, collaboration and consumer-centric decision making
