Full Description

As the Director of Human Resources – Manufacturing Operations, you will be responsible for executing the HR strategy and initiatives that support the Manufacturing organization and supporting functions. In partnership with HR and business leadership, this role will focus will be on the development, implementation, and maintaining of effective people strategies, staffing plans, employee engagement, and optimizing HR processes to realize business objectives. You will collaborate closely with leaders and team members alike, ensuring strong and consistent HR consultation to enable operational excellence in organization design and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR across manufacturing workforces for multiple DFW production sites, including effective staffing configurations (full-time, part-time, contingent, seasonal), onboarding, talent and performance management, succession, and offboarding processes
  • Strong understanding of, and fluency with, key business priorities and trade-offs in order to effectively partner with global HR Operations leader in developing optimal operating structures and headcount investments, change management strategies, process optimization initiatives, and KPIs
  • Drive initiatives to foster an inclusive Fanatics Collectibles culture and enhanced employee engagement through communication, recognition practices, development, and a culture rooted in optimizing the collector experience
  • Liaise with Security, Safety, and Facilities leadership to ensure building safety protocols and operational training are in place
  • Participate and support in the HR efforts around mergers/acquisitions, ensuring seamless integration for talent and business operation 
  • Propose, pilot, and implement new HR products and technologies to enhance operational efficiency, learning & development opportunities, and streamlined processes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial Relations, or related field
  • 10+ years of related HR experience supporting Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and/or technical organizations
  • 7+ years as an HR business partner supporting senior level leaders across multiple sites
  • 7+ years leading and developing direct and indirect reports
  • Demonstrated experience successfully operating and influencing in a dynamic and matrixed environment; change management experience must include rolling out function-wide programs and processes 
  • Proven experience/fluency in operational excellence disciplines including LEAN, Six Sigma, etc
  • Fully proficient in Microsoft Suite, Oracle or similar HCM, and related HR systems
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred
  • Must be based in Dallas or willing to relocate
