Director, Music Licensing:
Licensing and Publishing Lead — Project management across all TKO companies' music needs for licensing, administration, and publishing/catalog priorities. Serves as a liaison between VP Music and each department area for: licensing - ongoing commercial and catalog licensing, rights statuses, and progress updates; administration - invoices, licenses, research, and filing; music publishing/catalog - internal and external publishing administrator/music distributor needs; and more
Corporate Communications – Supports VP Music with timely short-and-long term priorities that influence music’s use in programming
Licensing Quote Approvals — As required, will assist with/be responsible for procuring 3rd party quote approvals
Catalog Licensing — Oversees relationship with publishing administrator and internal departments regarding TKO music catalog licenses (including research, gathering/sending assets, and coordinating financial/legal administration with internal TKO parties)
Database & Asset Management — Oversees Licensing & Marketing database management, as well as ensuring uniformity in file titling, and historical record cleanup as needed
Location: Nashville, TN
Required Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ years of music synchronization licensing, 2+ years of people management required (small-team focused ideal)
Required Skills: Strong sense of organization, time management, prioritization, critical thinking, problem solving, management, interpersonal skills
Experience in Sports, Entertainment, Film/TV, Live TV, and/or the Music Industry are all a plus
AirTable experience is a plus
