WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

As Director, GPO Order to Cash, you will lead a global team responsible for transforming and standardizing Nike’s Order to Cash (O2C) processes. You’ll collaborate with regional leaders, business partners, and technology teams to drive operational excellence, innovation, and compliance across the enterprise. This role reports to the Senior Director of Finance Operations Delivery, and partners closely with Finance, Legal, Tax, Controlling, and Global Technology functions.

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven leader with deep expertise in global O2C operations and a passion for process transformation. The ideal candidate excels at designing and implementing global standards, driving benchmarking initiatives, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class solutions. You are a change agent who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and inspires others to achieve operational excellence.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
  • 9+ years of experience leading Global O2C operations, ideally in a Fortune 500 environment leveraging third party managed service provider services.
  • Proven experience in global process design, strategy, and policy development.
  • Demonstrated success in driving process standardization, compliance, and reporting across multiple regions.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience with technology solutions.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will design and implement a 3–5 year roadmap for Nike’s global O2C transformation, ensuring standardization of processes, data, controls, and compliance. You’ll lead benchmarking efforts, develop global policies and procedures, and foster a network for sharing industry best practices. Your work will drive efficiency, effectiveness, and an exceptional experience for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement the strategic roadmap for global O2C transformation (3–5 years).
  • Ensure and coordinate global standardization of processes, data standards, controls, compliance, and reporting.
  • Perform internal and external benchmarking to identify and implement best practices.
  • Lead global process design, strategy, policy, and procedure development.
  • Build and lead a process network to share and implement industry best practices.
  • Liaise with regional teams, business partners, and technology to drive alignment and execution.
  • Champion skill development, training, and organizational capability within the O2C function.
  • Transform processes to deliver efficiency, effectiveness, and superior stakeholder experience.
  • Oversee implementation of technology solutions to optimize O2C operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in O2C processes.
