Become a Part of the NIKE, Inc. Team

The company looks for people who can grow, think, dream and create. Its culture thrives by embracing diversity and rewarding imagination. The brand seeks achievers, leaders and visionaries. At NIKE, Inc. it’s about each person bringing skills and passion to a challenging and constantly evolving game.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a strategic and forward-looking leader to drive the Global Delivery and Transformation of Nike’s Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations. This role is accountable for end-to-end Invoice-to-Cash performance, delivered through a managed service model (MSP/BPO), while ensuring alignment to global process standards and business priorities.

The ideal candidate combines deep finance operations expertise with strong transformation capability, including automation, data, and AI enablement. This leader will operate at the intersection of operations, process, and technology—partnering closely with senior stakeholders across Finance, Sales, and Marketplace to improve cash performance, customer experience, and operational scalability.

Based at Nike’s World Headquarters (PHK – Beaverton), this role is positioned as a key global connector between strategy, process ownership, and execution.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

  • Own global O2C service delivery across billing, collections, cash application, disputes, deductions, and AR close through MSP governance
  • Drive performance outcomes across key metrics including DSO, dispute cycle time, and cash application accuracy
  • Partner with GPO-O2C to ensure global process standardization, governance, and control adherence
  • Lead next-generation transformation initiatives including automation, advanced analytics, and AI/GenAI enablement
  • Identify and eliminate value leakage across the Invoice-to-Cash lifecycle to improve working capital outcomes
  • Establish strong governance with MSP partners, including performance management, service evolution, and innovation roadmap
  • Enable scalable solutions for complex and fast-growing business models (marketplace, digital, wholesale)
  • Bring visibility to O2C health through data-driven insights, storytelling, and executive-ready reporting
  • Act as an escalation point for critical operational and systemic issues impacting invoicing and collections
  • Build and lead a high-performing team culture focused on accountability, continuous improvement, and innovation

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will report to the Sr. Director, Global Finance Operations and collaborate closely with:

  • Global Process Owner (GPO) – O2C
  • Sales and Marketplace Finance leaders
  • Controlling and Corporate Finance teams
  • Technology partners supporting SAP, O2C platforms, and automation solutions
  • MSP/BPO leadership teams delivering global operations
  • Cross-functional business stakeholders to drive end-to-end process excellence and customer outcomes

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 10+ years of experience in Finance Operations with strong expertise in Order-to-Cash / Accounts Receivable
  • Demonstrated leadership in global service delivery models, including MSP/BPO governance
  • Deep understanding of Invoice-to-Cash processes, including billing, collections, disputes, and cash application
  • Strong transformation experience in automation, digital finance, and AI/GenAI enablement
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders in a global, matrixed organization
  • Strong business acumen with focus on working capital optimization and cash flow performance
  • Experience with ERP (SAP) and O2C platforms (e.g., HighRadius, BlackLine or similar ecosystems)
  • Strong data and analytics mindset; ability to translate insights into action
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
