Your Talent
- Strong background in architecture and technology management, with extensive experience in developing and operating large-scale e-commerce platforms.
- Proficiency in cybersecurity standards, governance, and incident response planning to ensure robust protection of e-commerce systems.
- Deep knowledge in the area of MACH-Architecture and Sales Force Commerce Cloud.
- Proven ability to lead and manage large engineering teams, both internal and external, to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
- Ability to align technology initiatives with business goals, including revenue targets, timelines, ROI, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Excellent partnership skills to work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and customer experience teams to ensure cohesive technology delivery.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles to ensure the delivery of engaging and user-friendly digital experiences.
Your Mission
- Build, manage, and operate the architecture and technology template for all PUMA commercial and community applications worldwide.
- Create new technological initiatives and strategic planning to ensure the continued success of PUMA E-Commerce whilst balancing customer and business needs
- Continuously develop the technical infrastructure of all owned and operated PUMA E-Commerce sales channels in close cooperation with PUMA Global IT and Architecture teams.
- Partner closely with business leaders to ensure E-Commerce technology delivery aligns with business goals, including revenue, timeline, ROI, and risk mitigation.
- Lead internal and external engineering teams to deliver engaging customer experiences on digital properties, based on validated business requirements prioritized by Customer Experience and revenue stakeholders.
