Full Description

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

As the enablement for Demand Planning to centrally manage S&OP and KPI, drive sales target achievements through well-rounded data analytics for demand vs. supply.

Responsibilities:

S&OP Planning:

  • Manage DP S&OP and milestones, optimize operational process to improve efficiency
  • Facilitate buying meetings to drive category and channel alignment

Data Analytics

  • Analyse Marketplace data to identify risk and opportunities in supply, demand, sell-out.
  • Holistic analysis of operation data, identify the improvement area in daily operation / process.
  • Translating business questions and concerns into specific analytical questions that can be answered thru data analysis.
  • Work with D&A to improve sold forecast models and algorithms and enhance data foundation and unlock reporting and dashboards.
  • Improve reporting solutions to simplify daily work and support ad-hoc analysis.
  • Deliver / enhance POWERBI dashboards, simplify communication and enable business decisions.

KPIs:

Control and steer all relevant KPIs

  • Demand Plan Accuracy
  • Inventory Management, IDL, MOH
  • MD%, NS, Margin.
  • Optimization/reduction of excess Stock

Team Management:

  • Establish a high-performance culture via very good communication of clear expectations and targets
  • Evaluate the performance and competencies of your employees within the MYBEST framework
  • Identify and manage and develop talents within your team, to develop their competencies and managing skill, to prepare them for new roles with adidas Group
  • Secure the adherence to all employee relevant adidas guidelines and all legal obligations

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Passion for problem solving and business improvement.
  • Ability to manage complex situation and challenges
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong business acumen and insights in sports or retail industry.
  • Ability to think end to end
  • Good knowledge of analytics, PowerBI, data processing, ETL, SQL.
  • Good English in both speaking and writing.

Educational Background/ Minimum requirements:

  • Qualified to bachelor's degree level or equivalent relevant experience
  • 8+ years of work experience in analytics and technology.
  • 5 years project management experience
