Full Description
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization
To drive, develop, and grow the adidas business within assigned e-tail/Click accounts in the Benelux region. This role focuses on supporting accounts that primarily operate through a self-service model using the Click platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Lead for Click sell-in days
- Send out invitations to assigned accounts for product presentations in the Amsterdam showrooms, known as Click Days
- Coordinate product presentations with the local sales team and ensure presentation materials are prepared
- Evaluate customer feedback and engagement levels during and after Click Days
- Operational Lead for Click platform functionality
- Act as operational lead to ensure the Click platform is fully functional and optimized for use
- Ensure customer segmentation and classification (MRA) is up to date
- Connect with Digital Solutions Manager to create and send out regular newsletters to Click customers to promote e.g. new features, new releases, sales timelines, new season start dates, products and activate customers digitally to increase platform usage and drive net sales
- Ensure customers are compliant with our e-com policy and following our terms and conditions
- Business tracking, Reporting, and Analysis
- Closely monitor the pre-order intake and orderbook development of the assigned accounts and ensure acounts place orders according to our sales timelines
- Closely monitor the re-order intake during season
- Provide accurate and timely input into sales planning forecasting cycle
- Ensure local reporting on defined sales and analytics KPI’s and share insights with relevant stakeholders

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen

- Good negotiation and presentation skills; confident demeanor
- Strong strategic, analytical, and operational abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with SAP is required; training will be provided if needed
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and ideally with focus on sales/marketing
- Experience in the sporting goods, retail, or consumer goods industry
