Digital Content Creator Intern (100%)

English – French

Founded on 14th April 1900 in Paris, the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) is the world governing body for cycling. Its mission is to develop and supervise cycling in all its forms and for everybody, as a competitive sport, as a healthy recreational activity and as a means of transport. Additionally, the UCI promotes a number of its own events, including the UCI Road World Championships, an iconic annual event, and a wide range of other UCI World Championships and World Cups across the various disciplines. It is based in Aigle, Switzerland, at the UCI World Cycling Centre.

The UCI is looking for a:

Mission

The Digital Content Creator Intern supports the promotion of the UCI’s image through the creation and dissemination of engaging digital content. He/She contributes to the management of official digital channels, ensures message consistency, and helps strengthen the organisation’s visibility. Reporting to the Digital Manager, he/she supports the implementation of communication priorities across digital platforms.

Main Responsabilities:

  • Content Creation
    • Produce and edit high-quality video content for the official channels of the UCI.
    • Develop original video concepts, storytelling formats, and innovative visual approaches to shape the future of UCI content.
    • Collaborate closely with UCI TV, Communications, and Marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and editorial excellence.
    • Coordinate with external stakeholders including agencies, broadcasters, production partners, and freelancers.
    • Support institutional initiatives and major international cycling campaigns through compelling multimedia content.
  • Community Management
    • Contribute to content planning by proposing creative ideas, assisting with scheduling, and aligning posts with key cycling events and championships.
    • Engage with the global cycling community while maintaining a consistent brand voice across platforms.
    • Monitor social media trends, emerging formats, and audience behavior to identify growth opportunities and innovative content strategies.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams on digital campaigns.

Profile:

  • Good communication skills, with the ability to adapt to the UCI tone of voice and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in content creation, including post-production and community management.
  • Understanding of and hands-on experience with major social media platforms: YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and X.
  • Experienced with video editing tools, including Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve (required).
  • Familiarity with graphic design and modern visual content tools.
  • Creative mindset, with the ability to develop innovative ideas and engaging visual formats.
  • Trend-aware and quick to adopt new digital tools and emerging content formats.
  • Bilingual English/French.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented and highly organised.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Passion for cycling and understanding sport an asset.
  • Willingness to travel to events when required.

Start date: Starting immediately or as agreed
