Role Overview
The Creative Group Project Manager drives the execution of creative work across LA28 Olympic Hospitality. This role ensures all projects are delivered on time, on brief, and in full compliance with International Olympic Committee and LA28 Organizing Committee requirements.
They act as the central connector across teams—bringing structure to workflows, clarity to priorities, and momentum to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Workflow Management
Oversee multiple creative work-streams from intake through to completion; ensuring high-volume of deliverables are kept on track under tight deadlines
Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource plans; ensuring alignment across both creative teams and the wider company
Identify risks and bottlenecks early and proactively resolve scheduling and production
Project Management Tools Ownership
Own and Manage our Project Management Tool (Airtable PM Software) as the central system for tracking projects, timelines, and status
Maintain accuracy across all projects and create visibility for the team
Improve workflows and reporting to drive efficiency
Compliance & Approvals (IOC / LA28)
Ensure all creative work meets with the International Olympic Committee (IOC) and LA28 Organizing Committee guidelines
Manage creative submissions end-to-end, including full approval of all work from the (IOC) and LA28
Conduct internal compliance checks before submission to ensure alignment across all assets and accelerated approval from governing bodies
Creative Coordination
Translate briefs into clear, actionable tasks for design and copy teams
Facilitate regular check-ins across internal teams, to ensure alignment on all channels (digital, social, Out-Of-Home, sales, CRM)
Partner with Creative Leads to maintain quality and intent
Stakeholder Management
Lead status updates and project check-ins
Align internal teams and external partners on timelines and deliverables
Maintain clear, consistent communication across functions
Skills & Experience
5–8+ years in creative project management (agency, studio, or brand)
Strong experience with project management tools (e.g., Airtable, Asana)
Experience managing compliance-heavy workflows and approvals
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work across time zones within a global team

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the hourly rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
Hiring Rate Minimum:
$75,000 annually(minimum will not fall below the applicable State/local minimum salary thresholds)
Hiring Rate Maximum:
$100,000 annually
