Full Description
Derbyshire FA is seeking an inspiring and driven Football Development Officer (Female, Disability & Inclusion) to help shape the future of grassroots football across the county. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in increasing participation, improving accessibility, and ensuring football is truly inclusive for all.
The role will focus on strategically coordinating opportunities for women, girls, and disabled players, while working with clubs, leagues, and community partners to grow the game and remove barriers to participation. You'll lead on inclusion initiatives, support the development of sustainable football pathways, and help deliver key FA strategies at a local level.
This position offers a salary of £28,000-£34,000 and the chance to make a meaningful impact within a passionate and forward-thinking organisation.
