PURPOSE AND RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION
Join our North America team and play a key role in shaping the future of inventory and sales performance. As a Demand Planning Analyst, you will help maintain and optimize the Demand Plan—the foundation for purchasing, inventory management, and product availability. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver the right product at the right time, supporting our mission to elevate sport and style across the region.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the execution of demand planning processes and system updates for assigned categories
- Maintain seasonal product data and size curves to ensure accurate forecasting
- Deliver and maintain weekly reporting using tools like Excel, PowerBI, and DP Lake
- Assist in building presentations and insights for cross-functional teams
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of planning tasks to support business goals
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in SAP (APO and AFS)
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Power Query, SQL, and PowerPoint
- Experience with PowerBI and Databricks
- Effective communication and collaboration across teams
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree or 2–4 years of relevant experience in planning, analytics, or a related field
