Feldspar is redefining how human movement is measured.

Its intelligent athletics surfaces and force-sensing technology capture performance data directly from the ground, giving athletes, coaches and performance organisations richer insight into movement and performance.

With its first installations now going live in the UK and internationally, Feldspar is looking for a Delivery Project Manager to take ownership of the journey from signed agreement through to successful venue deployment.

This is a hands-on role at the centre of Feldspar’s growth, responsible for making sure every installation is planned, coordinated and delivered effectively.

Working closely with the Founder, commercial team, engineers, suppliers, venue operators and local partners, you will become the single point of accountability for each deployment.

What you’ll be doing

• Own venue installations from initial planning through to commissioning, handover and acceptance.

• Coordinate site readiness, access, power, storage, inductions, local labour and venue requirements.

• Manage freight, customs and logistics for UK and international deployments.

• Build clear project plans, dependency registers and delivery risk plans for each installation.

• Coordinate suppliers, engineers, contractors and installation crews.

• Manage customer expectations and ensure commercial commitments are translated into deliverable plans.

• Develop a repeatable deployment process so installations become increasingly efficient as Feldspar scales.

What we’re looking for

You will have proven experience managing physical installations or technical deployments at customer sites.

Relevant backgrounds could include sports surfaces, venue infrastructure, fit-out, AV, staging, technical systems, engineering installations or other complex electro-mechanical projects.

You should be highly organised, comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and able to remain calm when timelines and priorities move.

Experience managing international logistics, freight, customs, local labour or subcontractors will be particularly valuable.

Experience within elite sport, venues, events or first-of-kind product deployments would be advantageous, but is not essential.

The opportunity

This is an opportunity to join Feldspar at an early and important stage of its growth, with real ownership of how its technology is deployed around the world.

You will help establish the systems, processes and standards that underpin every future installation, while playing a key role in turning Feldspar’s commercial growth into successfully delivered venues.

The role is London based, with a minimum of three days per week in the office and travel to venue sites, including international deployments.
