Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst Specialist, you will support data-driven decision-making across our commercial organization. You will help analyze, model, and visualize structured and semi-structured data to generate actionable insights for leadership and field teams. You’ll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business questions into clear metrics, dashboards, and analysis that improve performance, efficiency, and execution in a fast-paced FMCG environment.As a Data Analyst Specialist, you will support data-driven decision-making across our commercial organization. • Data Analysis & Insights

  • Investigate business performance to identify growth, optimization and efficiency opportunities.
  • Deliver clear, fast insights that support decisions in a high-velocity environment.
  • Analyze customer behavior, purchasing patterns, and volume drivers across the customer lifecycle.
  • Support ad-hoc analysis and recurring deep-dive (channel performance, outlet segmentation, promo/seasonality impact, etc…)

• Reporting, Dashboards & KPI Tracking

  • Help Define and Standardize Key business performance metrics.
  • Build and maintain Dashboards and reports with strong storytelling and usability.
  • Monitor data quality and ensure accuracy, consistency and scalability across reporting outputs.
  • Automate recurring reporting where possible to reduce manual effort and improve reliability.

• Data Preparation & Automation

  • Clean, transform and consolidate datasets from multiple sources (Excel files, system exports, 3rd party data, census data, etc…)
  • Use Python to automate workflows (data prep, validation checks, recurring exports, KPI Pipelines, etc…)
  • Maintain well-documented, reusable analysis outputs (templates, scripts, refresh steps.

EXPERIENCE

that matter most for this role:

• 2-4 years of experience in Data Analytics or Business Analyst role
• Strong Advanced Excel skills
• Strong background with Power BI (Power Query, data modelling, DAX measures and dashboard design) or similar visualization tool (SAC, Tableau, Metabase, etc..)
• Good Python foundations
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate ambiguous business asks into measurable outputs.
• Clear communication and ability to present insights simply to non-technical stakeholders.
• FMCG Experience
• RTM Projects Experience
• GIS tools exposure
• Familiarity with SQL
• Familiarity with Trifecta and Snowflake

• Travel 10-20%
