THE POSITION

FanDuel is looking for a Customer Marketing Coordinator to help strategically scale our VIP generosity proposition. You will play a key role supporting FanDuel Sportsbooks’ generosity proposition for its most valuable players. You will gain exposure to multiple business verticals including but not limited to VIP Operations and Account Managers, Product, Commercial and Martech/Promotional Operations. This is an exciting opportunity to help elevate revenue driving marketing initiatives at a premier gaming company.
In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.
THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play
- Be the key contact between VIP CRM and VIP Key Account team, providing regular support for Key Account Manager questions & feedback, and report back to stakeholders
- Collaborate with various teams to build key marketing campaigns that drive VIP engagement and high value actions, using data driven insights and a strong understanding of business priorities
- Partner with VIP Commercial and Generosity team to strategically scale the existing VIP above the line proposition
- Aid in execution, creation, strategic planning of multiple VIP marketing campaigns; being the liaison for all operational channels XFun, Promo Ops, GTM, VIP Ops
- Collaborate with other CRM verticals to share best practices to lead on personalization and VIP specific generosity and product personalization
- Contribute to management of VIP marketing budget and reporting
- Conduct A/B testing to track business impacts, analyzing the data and extracting key insights
- Become a systems expert, cultivating extensive knowledge of our marketing tech systems
- Help support the customer marketing strategy & roadmap to achieve ambitious engagement, retention, and reactivation goals major business decisions, investments, and initiatives, ensuring optimal resource allocation
THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills, project management skills, and ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Experience running marketing campaigns, timelines and deployment in a robust business
- Excellent team player with strong collaborative skills and the ability to work cross-functionally, a self-starter and a quick learner
- Knowledge and experience of data and marketing functionality of at least one email service provider (experience with Braze and Movable Ink strongly preferred)
- Basic analytics skills using data to tackle problems
- Basic understanding of Marketing communications metrics
- Has a positive attitude and loves opportunities to collaborate with others
- An avid sports and gaming fan, and have played FanDuel or competitive products
- Willing to work nontraditional hours, including weekends and evening shifts

The applicable hourly range for this position is $29.33 - $36.54 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
