THE POSITION

FanDuel is looking for a Customer Marketing Senior Manager, Loyalty & Innovation to define the future-state strategy for retention and loyalty within FanDuel Predicts. This role is responsible for answering critical questions for the business centered around how to build durable customer commitment over time.

This role exists to think deeply and strategically about what loyalty should mean for this product, how it should evolve as the landscape matures, and where we must innovate to create long-term innovation. This is a strategy-first, forward-looking role that blends customer insight, commercial thinking, and innovation. You will work closely with Commercial, Product, Brand, and senior leadership to shape a clear point of view on loyalty, gamification, and retention innovation.

In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

  • Loyalty & Innovation Strategy
    • Define what loyalty should mean for Predicts
    • Develop a long-term vision for gamification, loyalty, and retention innovation
    • Identify where Predicts should innovate to build loyalty, identity, and trust
  • Customer & Market Insight
    • Build deep understanding of Predicts customers, motivations, and unmet needs
    • Identify emotional, behavioral, and experiential drivers of long-term retention
    • Pressure-test loyalty and innovation concepts against customer and market reality
  • Proposition & Differentiation
    • Partner closely with the Go-To-Market team to shape how Predicts’ value proposition speaks to existing customers
    • Ensure loyalty and innovation thinking supports broader brand and acquisition narratives
    • Provide a clear POV on how Predicts differentiates itself through loyalty and experience
  • Leadership & Cross-Team Influence
    • Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership on innovation priorities
    • Lead and develop the Loyalty & Innovation function as it grows

THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • 6+ years in strategy, consulting, loyalty, analytics, product strategy, or customer innovation
  • Strong commercial acumen and comfort operating in ambiguous, forward-looking problem spaces
  • Deep curiosity about customer behavior, motivation, and loyalty
  • Strong communication skills and experience influencing senior stakeholders through insight and perspective
  • Comfort influencing cross-functional stakeholders in matrixed orgs – Product, Commercial, Analytics, Go-To-Market
  • 3+ years of managerial experience preferred
  • Knowledge of sports and/or experience working within a heavily regulated industry is a plus

The applicable salary range for this position is $127,000 - $159,000 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
