  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will design and develop the next generation of cushioning systems, translating ideas into performance-driven, manufacturable solutions. You’ll use advanced modeling and engineering tools to create, refine, and scale systems that push innovation forward.

  • Partner with designers, developers, and engineers to build new cushioning systems and integration methods
  • Create and refine complex 3D models using parametric CAD tools to achieve performance and manufacturability goals
  • Prototype, test, and iterate on cushioning concepts through hands-on development
  • Collaborate with Air Manufacturing Innovation partners to apply component-level expertise
  • Translate innovations into scalable solutions for inline product teams
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to cross-functional and non-technical audiences
