FanDuel is seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic CRM Operations Coordinator to join our CRM Operations team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and executing CRM campaigns and customer journeys across email, push, and in-app channels. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to support a variety of marketing and business initiatives—ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality campaign delivery that drives customer engagement and business results.

THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play
- Build and deploy omni-channel CRM campaigns (email, push, in-app) using our marketing automation platform(s)
- Support QA efforts to ensure campaigns are accurate, render properly across devices, aligned with channel best practices, and optimized to deliver a seamless, high-quality customer experiences that meet the requirements of the campaign strategy
- Translate campaign briefs into well-executed customer journeys using audience segmentation, personalization, and dynamic content
- Maintain campaign production timelines, QA checklists, and stakeholder communications to ensure flawless & efficient execution
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Customer Marketing, Promotions, Creative, Commercial and other Operations functions to bring campaigns to life
- Develop deep expertise in our marketing technology systems, leveraging platform capabilities to optimize campaign execution and drive improved customer engagement performance
- Execute A/B tests and personalization strategies as directed by the Strategy teams
- Assist with copywriting and content adaptation for CRM campaigns, ensuring messaging is clear, on-brand, and tailored to specific customer segments and channels.
- Proactively identify and escalate any campaign blockers, risks, or technical issues
- Document and help optimize operational processes and best practices for repeatable, accurate execution
THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Meticulous attention to detail, outstanding organizational & communication skills, project management skills, and ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Experience managing marketing campaign execution, timelines, and deployment within a fast-paced, complex business environment
- Excellent team player with strong collaborative skills and the ability to work cross-functionally, a self-starter and a quick learner
- Knowledge and experience of data and marketing functionality of at least one email service provider (experience with Braze and Movable Ink strongly preferred)
- Basic understanding of Marketing communications engagement metrics
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS, with the ability to troubleshoot and make minor edits to CRM templates for accurate rendering across devices and email clients. More advanced knowledge, a plus.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft concise, engaging, and customer-centric messaging across email, push, and in-app channels
- Comfortable with querying and logic (SQL knowledge a plus)
- Knowledge of Photoshop preferred
- Basic analytics skills using data to tackle problems
- Willing to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and evening shifts
- Has a positive attitude and loves opportunities to collaborate with others
- An avid sports and gaming fan, and have played FanDuel or competitive products

The applicable hourly range for this position is $26.92 - $33.65 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
