Full Description

From the Olympic Games in London and Tokyo to the Cricket World Cup in England & Wales, and the Rugby World Cups in Japan, England, New Zealand, and France, our award-winning team spans the globe to create travel and hospitality programs with one simple ambition: to ensure sports fans feel they’ve been part of an experience of a lifetime.

The STH Group partners with event owners to enhance the world’s biggest sporting events. We are seeking a CRM & Insights Manager with early to mid-career experience to join our team and help manage our customer relationship systems. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in CRM management and data analysis while contributing to the growth of our business.

This role involves both hands-on learning and a strategic approach, where you'll work closely with senior team members to support customer engagement and retention initiatives. You’ll gain valuable experience in managing CRM operations, enhancing customer relationships, and working with a global team.

If you're a team player eager to expand your CRM expertise, with a keen interest in data analysis, we’d love to hear from you. This role offers hybrid working, with three days a week based in our Richmond office.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Assist in managing the CRM system to improve functionality, helping to integrate business platforms and analyse customer data.
  • Support the integration of CRM with other business systems, learning how to automate workflows and improve data flow within the organisation.
  • Help maintain CRM data integrity and ensure GDPR compliance, gaining experience in data management and privacy best practices.
  • Act as a point of contact for CRM-related queries, assisting with communications between STH, Sodexo, and Salesforce.
  • Participate in onboarding and ongoing CRM training sessions, helping team members understand and use the system effectively.
  • Help maintain the email content calendar and support regional marketing teams in aligning their local plans.
  • Assist in managing customer journeys through automation workflows, working with regional marketing teams to maintain consistency across all STH projects.
  • Learn how to extract, analyse, and report on CRM data, supporting the team in providing insights to key stakeholders.
  • Assist with segmentation strategies, learning how to create personalised customer experiences based on data insights.
  • Help maintain dashboards that provide visibility into customer metrics, campaign performance, and CRM effectiveness.

Who You Are:

  • Some experience with CRM systems (Salesforce knowledge is a plus) and a strong interest in learning how to leverage CRM for business growth.
  • A desire to develop your data analysis skills, using customer data to inform decisions.
  • Comfortable working in a team environment and keen to support projects from start to finish.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an eagerness to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Basic understanding of data protection regulations like GDPR, with a willingness to learn more about data privacy best practices.
  • An interest in developing customer-centric strategies and delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • A desire to grow and take on more responsibility as your CRM skills develop.

What’s in it for You:

This role offers a competitive salary, a 10% annual company bonus, a fantastic pension scheme, private BUPA healthcare, access to a wide range of retailer discounts, a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program for mental health and wellbeing support, regular team socials, and 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays.
