Creator Specialist: Distribution Partner

The Creator Marketing Specialist will lead the Irish Influencer Marketing Programme with responsibility to develop it further. The programme consists of KEY Creators of Red Bull Ireland, including macro & micro influencers across all of Red Bull’s playgrounds and in line with the Irish business plan. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the yearly programme of events, projects and activations in Ireland, in addition to stand alone creator projects

Support the Media Network Team and other key Red Bull departments from ideation through to execution

Work closely with the Red Bull international team ensuring we are in line with global expectations but also ensuring plans are fit for purpose for winning locally

CREATOR MARKETING COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT

Sourcing fitting talent, maintaining current relationships and tracking performance

Identify, establish, and nurture authentic relationships with relevant creators who embody Red Bull's values. By connecting these creators with projects and opportunities within the World of Red Bull, you will ensure mutually beneficial outcomes

Build and manage relations with the carefully selected brand fit influencer community and provide them with unique opportunities within the World of Red Bull

Grow creator’s Brand & Can Love in line with the global Creator Marketing strategy of Red Bull

Lead, monitor and develop the programme and its accompanying budget in close alignment with the Head of Media Network

Work in a cross-functional environment and integrate Creators into wider team projects where relevant

Negotiate external deals and contracts (supplier, agencies, streamers)

Create ideas for annual business planning process and execute respectively

Identify creator events/projects that we can ‘give wiiings’ to and collaborate with internal departments to activate these accordingly.

Develop the seeding strategy with the Head of Media Network in close collaboration with our Media Network Team and other departments to ensure creators are regularly sent product.

Manage the creator database and ensure all internal tracking and reporting platforms are up to date to help achieve our marketing goals.

Measure and analyse the performance of the work, demonstrate its impact on our overall business goals and identify opportunities of strength or weakness that can be improved.

EXPERIENCE Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:

• Experience of Influencer Management and consumer communications (3 - 5 years of experience in related areas)
• Experience with community management and ability to build a strong network of relationships with influencers
• Passion for sport and culture
• Strong marketing & business understanding and analytical skills.
• Strong planning and project management skills
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and networking skills - able to build long term sustainable relations with creators throughout the island of Ireland
• Ability to think strategically on how to position Marketing and Media initiatives to guarantee message
• A story seeker that identifies stories with a true media potential
• (Proven) leadership qualities and presentation skills
• Interpersonal, organizational & communication skills
• Flexible and proactive attitude, able to cope with fast changing environment
• Full clean driving licence
