The Creator Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the Creator Marketing Manager with growing, maintaining and developing an extensive network of influencers for our brand in Sweden. The purpose of the job is to work together with the Creator Marketing Manager, project lead event and creator activations as well as being part of developing the program.

The full marketing team consists of dedicated teams in sports, culture, brand and communications. Collaboration across the department locally, as well as with our headquarter in Austria, is a key to success in the role.

The position will report to the Creator Marketing Manager of Red Bull Sweden. Selection and interviews are ongoing - the last day for applications is the 1st of July.

RESPONSIBILITIES

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

  • PROJECT MANAGEMENT

    In this role, you’ll support and manage creator experience projects. You’ll work closely with both internal and external teams to make sure everything runs smoothly, from the initial brief to the final delivery. This is a hands-on role where your organizational skills and proactive mindset will make a real impact. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s already got a few years of project management experience, and who wants to grow in a creative, fast-paced setting. Experience working with events is a big plus!

  • STRATEGY SUPPORT

    The role will be supporting the Creator Marketing Manager in driving our strategy for how we work with Creators (Influencers) to best and most effectively support our overall business priorities. You will measure the performance of our initiatives with KPI:s, which are linked to our overall business strategy.

  • GIVING WIINGS TO THE PROGRAM

    Moreover, your role is to define and customize opportunities with our creators in the program. This means to create innovative, ownable experiences for them to develop the relationship. You work with everything from ideation, execution, and follow-up of these opportunities. These opportunities may vary from an event experience, giving wings to a Creator’s idea to a several days long trip to experience the world of Red Bull. You also work with product seeding and daily contact with the Creators. You will actively develop and grow Red Bull Sweden’s network of Creators with focus on team sport, and to go beyond classical deals to establish long lasting relationships with our Creators.

  • THE INFLUENCER LANDSCAPE

    We expect you to be up to date on influencer trends and to have a very good view of what the influencer landscape in Sweden looks like. You follow and monitor not only the Creators we work with but also the ones we would like to work with in the future. You are up to date with the latest social media platforms, what content that works where and who the biggest Creators within team sport are on the different platforms.

EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:

  • 3 years work experience preferably from Event/Digital Media/Marketing project leader or business development ideally in the media, content and communications sector.
  • Excellent understanding of local and international digital and media landscape, moreover, understanding trends among social networks, influencers, and mobile apps/sites.
  • Multi-project drive: ability to work and build relationships with a range of partners, stakeholders and external contractors, on multiple projects and topics at the same time.
  • Highly efficient project management and organizational skills.
  • Solid understanding of content productions (especially digital/social).
  • Exceptionally “sociable”, optimistic and interested in testing new things (innovative), strong interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong ability of being solution oriented for example when in action on an event.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English.
  • Interest and/or network within team sports and gaming is a plus.
  • Travel 10-20%
