This is a fast-paced, collaborative team, so it’s important to be a quick learner who isn’t afraid to ask questions, while focusing on detail-oriented output. In this dream role you’ll work across various creative campaigns for EA SPORTS FC.
You will play an instrumental role in the following:
Develop and drive marketing concepts and executions
Partner with teams to develop integrated creative ideas that work across the FC extended platform ecosystem (Mobile, Online, FC Pro)
Work alongside internal creative, strategy and marketing team members to develop treatments and creative responses that inspire our best ideas and executions
Collaborate closely with our production teams to craft exceptional execution
This role, in partnership with external agencies and the internal creative team, will be accountable for concepting and executing the go to market concepts and executions for EA SPORTS FC. You will be expected to manage and uphold a high quality bar for all content produced that uses our annual creative platform. You will be responsible for driving excellence in conceptual creativity from start to finish alongside internal and external partners. The role will report directly to the Creative Director of EA SPORTS FC, within the larger EA SPORTS & Entertainment Creative team.
Responsibilities:
Deliver “on brief” creativity that brings our game to players in new and relevant ways
Execute game related creative with precision and excellence
Concept, write and execute creative platforms and resulting executions, regardless of channel
Present work and build alignment with senior stakeholders across various business units.
Partner with teams across EA SPORTS to bring creative marketing ideas to life
Requirement:
3+ years of experience as a conceptual creative in-house or at an agency.
Excellent creative track record - proven experience creating for global brands in multiple channels.
Possess solid communication skills - must be able to clearly articulate an idea and tell a simple story to bring stakeholders on the journey
Ability to write, design and present compelling decks for internal and external presentations
You love football: the game, the culture, the athletes and the stories that surround this incredible and dynamic sport
You have experience in similar global sports
Experience working on mobile gaming products is preferred.
Pay Transparency - North America
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).
PAY RANGES
* British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) *$111,600 - $152,800 CAD
Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.
For British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
