Here, “impossible” isn’t part of our vocabulary. You’ll face some of the toughest but most rewarding challenges of your career. They’re worth it. Channeling your inner grit will accelerate your growth, help us win as a team, and create unforgettable moments for our customers.

The Crown Is Yours

As a Corporate Counsel on our Commercial Transactions team, you'll play a critical role in providing strategic legal guidance and risk assessment on a wide range of commercial agreements. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to structure, negotiate, and execute contracts that drive business growth while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Your expertise will help safeguard the company's interests and support key business initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What you’ll do as a Corporate Counsel, Commercial Transactions

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, such as igaming, data feed, licensing, marketing, SaaS, affiliate, advertising, market access, non-disclosure, consulting services, promotional services, and other material agreements.

  • Assist in the drafting, revision and maintenance of terms of use, house rules, and contest rules.

  • Advise on and minimize company risks through contract negotiations.

  • Coordinate with other internal functions to ensure internal business alignment and compliance with laws, rules, and regulations.

  • Assist with potential acquisition due diligence and post-acquisition integrations.

  • Identify, evaluate, and advise key stakeholders on legal and business risks, ensuring informed and strategic decision-making.

What you’ll bring

  • At least 4 years of experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements, either in-house or with a top-tier law firm. Experience in gaming and/or technology is a plus.

  • A JD from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials, ideally ranking in the top 25% of your class, along with admission to the MA bar or eligibility for MA authorized in-house counsel.

  • A sharp legal mind with the ability to assess risks, navigate multiple perspectives, and provide practical, business-focused solutions while demonstrating sound judgment, integrity, and professionalism.

  • A highly motivated and proactive mindset, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects under tight deadlines while maintaining strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize effectively.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. Strong interpersonal skills and a collegial, can-do attitude.

  • The flexibility to work both independently and as part of a global team, partnering closely with legal colleagues and cross-functional stakeholders to drive business success.

  • Experience with advertising agreements/insertion orders, data privacy agreements, sweepstakes, or royalty-based deals is a plus.
