What You'll Do:
As the Coordinator, Global Travel Trade Sales, you will play a key role in driving new business and expanding On Location's presence within the luxury travel trade market. Reporting to the Director, Global Travel Trade, you will be responsible for engaging with high-end travel agencies, tour operators, and luxury travel networks to sell premium Olympics hospitality packages for Milano Cortina 2026 and beyond.
This is a sales-focused role that requires a strong ability to develop relationships with luxury travel providers (e.g., ILTM, Connections Luxury), identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue through strategic partnerships. You will act as a key liaison between On Location and the global travel trade community, ensuring our hospitality offerings are positioned as must-have experiences for discerning clients.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development
- Identify, engage, and develop relationships with luxury travel advisors, tour operators, and concierge services to drive sales of Olympic hospitality packages.
- Execute outbound sales efforts, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events, to generate leads and grow the client base.
- Proactively develop new business opportunities and expand On Location's reach within the global luxury travel sector.
- Maintain and optimize the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking of prospects, deals, and revenue opportunities.
- Account Management & Partner Relations
- Serve as the key contact for luxury travel trade partners, providing them with product education, sales materials, and tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with premium travel agencies, high-net-worth travel specialists, and corporate travel buyers.
- Ensure partners deliver both retention and growth revenue targets in their respective markets.
- Strategic Sales & Marketing Support
- Partner with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral, presentations, and campaigns to attract luxury travel partners.
- Provide market insights and feedback to shape the overall travel trade sales strategy.
- Report on business development activities, lead generation, and revenue growth opportunities.
- Event & Networking Engagement
- Represent On Location at luxury travel trade events, conferences, and networking forums (e.g., ILTM, Connections Luxury) to cultivate relationships and generate leads.
- Conduct presentations and sales meetings with key travel trade stakeholders.
You Have These:
To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Required Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- 2+ years of sales experience in the luxury travel, hospitality, or sports events industry.
- A proven track record of developing and maintaining relationships with travel trade partners.
- Experience selling premium hospitality, travel packages, or high-end experiences.
- Strong strategic prospecting and cold-calling skills to engage luxury travel professionals.
- Ability to effectively manage a sales pipeline and drive revenue growth.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a passion for sports, travel, and luxury experiences.
Travel:
Must be adaptable and flexible with work and travel schedule and be available to travel for work which may include extended work hours during nights, weekends, and holidays.

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
Hiring Range Minimum:
$60,406 annually
Hiring Range Maximum:
$54,000 annually
