As part of the Content team and working closely with Programming and Communication teams, the Content Specialist develop and produce content, from pre-production to the delivery of the final asset, for YouTube, Instagram, Tiktok, Redbull.com and third party platforms. She/He is responsible for the creative quality, distinctiveness, strength of narrative storytelling or execution. Her/his goal is to create content that will reach and engage key local - and when appropriate international - audiences and business needs.

 

6 months fixed-term contract ideally from october.

RESPONSABILITIES

Develops and produces innovative, high-quality videos, from 15sec social media assets to mid-form (10-30mn) content, that are always in line with the brand attitudes, values and quality standards of Red Bull.

Works with top production partners and talents in the local market, to deliver state-of-the-art content from editorial to technical perspectives. Maintains the network of production companies, creative professionals, agencies, co-producers and partners at Red Bull France.

Collaborates regularly with international Red Bull producers and project managers, ensuring full transparency regarding project status and timelines.

Identifies and develops new technical or story angles for existing projects, genres and recurring content opportunities. Especially on the Red Bull music and sport portfolio.

Ensures that all productions are executed in line with the Red Bull Media House Production Management guidelines and requirements (i.e. proper rights clearance, delivery standards, metadata, production schedules, budgets, etc.).

EXPERIENCE Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:

  • Likely to be a content producer by background, who has a proven track record for developing and executing world class content for target audiences in the market, short and mid-form.
  • 3+ years overall media employment in Digital Production, Social Network or TV, commissioning or similar, ideally in documentary or reality.
  • Most recent work experience preferably as a staff member of a major Digital & Social network/TV or large production company, or uninterrupted freelance work for top-tier companies.
  • University Degree level education (ideally in Production, Communications or similar).
  • Fluent in French & English.
