Content & Events Coordinator

I. Primary Purpose

As the Coordinator, Content & Events, you will assist in planning and executing live events and content for our fast-growing program. In this role, you will have to work closely with internal and external partners to successfully execute events, trade shows and activations, whether virtual or in-person. You will help produce content across our social platforms to showcase our brand and the once-in-a-lifetime experiences that connect fans with their favorite athletes.

II. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute events and activations including but not limited to athlete meet & greets, trade shows, in-venue retail and corporate events for partners
  • Assist with setup and build-out of event including ability to lift over 30lbs
  • Coordinate logistical aspects of events and trade shows
  • Assist with data entry and recaps for events and trade shows
  • Coordinate travel for staff for events and trade shows
  • Communicate event details in a timely manner to customers
  • Handle customer questions/concerns related to specific events
  • Assist in a content execution to promote the brand across all social platforms
  • Establish strong relationships with the athlete relations team and colleagues booking events/activations
  • Collaborate with internal marketing teams to coordinate marketing schedule for each event
  • Some weekends and travel are mandatory

IV. Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Event production and content experience or similar role is preferred
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Office, Outlook)
  • Excellent internal and external communication skills
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Ability to think strategically, creatively, and analytically
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Exceptional work ethic, ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines, and demonstrates enthusiasm toward internal stakeholders and partners
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with others inside and outside the organization
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
