Community Relations Programme Assistant

The Hong Kong Sports Institute Limited (“HKSI”) is the Government’s designated organisation to provide the high performance training system for eligible sports.  The HKSI’s mission is to provide an environment in which sports talent can be identified, nurtured and developed to pursue excellence in the international sporting arena benchmarked at Major Games results. We are now inviting suitable candidates for the following vacancy:

THE JOB

Reporting to the Assistant Community Relations Manager (ACRM), the Community Relations Programme Assistant (CRPA) will be responsible for the following duties:

• Support the implementation of all community engagement programmes and outreach activities
• Provide logistics and administration support for the operations of all community engagement programs and outreach activities
• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties on the support for the community engagement programs
• Support social media content calendars and content series across several social media platforms managed by the department
• Collate reports and prepare finance and budgeting documents;
• Performing other ad-hoc duties as required

THE REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or a relevant discipline;
• Preferably 1 year relevant working experience; fresh graduate will also be considered;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.  Ability to speak Putonghua is a definite advantage;
• Strong sense of responsibility, attentive to details and good team player.
• Computer Literate
